Pagequire Mac

Terms of Sale

Last updated 29 August 2026

These terms govern your purchase of Pagequire from this website. Your use of the software itself is governed by the End User License Agreement.

1. Who you are buying from

Pagequire is an independently owned business operating as a sole proprietorship in California, United States. Contact: [email protected]. The full legal name of the proprietor is available on request, and is provided to Paddle, to tax authorities and to any party with a legitimate legal need for it.

Orders are sold and fulfilled by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, sales tax and VAT. Your purchase is a contract with Paddle, and Paddle's buyer terms apply to the transaction. Your card statement will show Paddle, not Pagequire, and Paddle's own company details appear on your invoice as the seller of record.

2. What you are buying

A perpetual license to use Pagequire on macOS, as described in the EULA. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge and nothing to cancel.

A free version is available. It produces watermarked proof files only. Clean, press-ready export requires a paid license. We recommend evaluating the free version before buying.

3. Price and tax

Prices are shown on the site in your local currency where Paddle supports it. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout and may be added to the displayed price depending on your location.

4. Delivery

Your license key is emailed to the address you give at checkout, normally within a few minutes. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact [email protected].

5. Refunds

See the refund policy.

6. What we do not promise

Pagequire checks your files against print specifications published by Amazon KDP and IngramSpark. Those specifications are set by those companies and can change without notice.

Whether a printer accepts a file is always that printer's decision. We do not guarantee acceptance, print quality, color accuracy on any particular press, or the commercial outcome of anything you publish. Color on a physical press varies with paper, ink, press and conditions; soft proofing is a prediction, not a match.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to Pagequire is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost sales, printing costs, reprint costs or business interruption.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

8. Independence

Pagequire is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Amazon.com, Inc., Kindle Direct Publishing, Ingram Content Group LLC or IngramSpark.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. This does not deprive consumers of protections under the mandatory law of their country of residence.
